SHIPPING

We reserve the right to ship orders using the service provider of our choice. 

Shipping promotions including free shipping, $5 shipping, etc... applies only to the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping charges will vary by country and will be determined at time of purchase for all international orders. We do not ship to countries that the USA bans trade with.

 

 

DROP SHIPPING

In order to keep our costs down we employ drop shipping for some orders. When a product is drop shipped it is sent to you directly from the factory or facility of its origin. When an item is drop shipped it is subject to the shipping policy of the company shipping your order.  When ordering multiple items you may receive the items at different times.  Therefore your items may not all be in the same package and will arrive in separate packages.

 

DAMAGED GOODS

If an item is damaged during shipping please contact us immediately by email. Click here for contact information. Please include all shipping and order information so we can better serve you.

Advisory: Keep all shipping materials! Do not throw the box or packaging away! Doing so may void shipping insurance and keep you from receiving your refund!

 

RETURN POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

 

Exchanges and Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order.  Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.  Exchange Item(s) must be in new condition with non-damaged packaging.  We will NOT accept returns of items with any signs of use.  A $6.00 exchange / return fee will be charged to cover our free shipping promotion.

 

Unless the item is in its orginal packaging and is unused. We can not accept the return or exchange of the following for health reasons.

(1)Please include the original invoice (if applicable) and please provide us with the name, billing address, phone number, credit card number, csc number and expiration date of the credit card used.

 

(2)If a credit needs to be issued by us, we can only issue the credit in the form of store credit.

 

(3)If there are additional charges to be owed to us, we will charge the difference to the credit card used for the original order unless otherwise specified.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless you meet one of the following qualifications.

·         Received the wrong item.

·         The item was received damaged. (You should collect shipping insurance)

·         The item has a manufacturing defect.

 

If you meet any of these qualifications we will reimburse you for extra shipping costs by check.
